Prospect Architecture designed and provided construction administration services of the full renovation and combination to create this duplex, top-floor apartment overlooking Prospect Park. The scope of work included a new kitchen, two and a half new bathrooms, a reconfigured layout, built-ins throughout, new flooring and a custom staircase. Weekly site visits and detailed observations of the work ensured that the drawings and the specifications were met and that the renovations were of the highest quality.
