Prospect Architecture designed and is managing the construction of a renovation for this 4-story Brooklyn townhouse. This project stands out as being the first passive house townhouse retrofit in the country. The scope of work beyond working towards Passive House standards include two new kitchens, three and a half new bathrooms, built-in bookshelves, two new Eco Smart fireplaces, solar hot water, new detailed oak flooring, restoration of original mouldings and casements, a new back deck and a landscaped backyard.
